Envy: Hex Spell En:10/Cst:2/Rchrg:15
For 6 seconds, the next time target foe comes under the effect of a weapon spell, that foe takes 26...45 damage and the caster of that weapon spell loses 3 energy.

Apathetic Removal: Spell En:10/Cst:2/Rchrg:25
If target foe is under the effects of a weapon spell, that weapon spell is removed and that foe loses 3...7 energy.

Guilty Consience: Hex Spell En:15/Cst:3/Rchrg:20
For 6 seconds, the next time target foe comes under the effects of an enchantment, that enchantment is removed and the caster loses 5...8 energy.

Headache: Spell En:5/Cst:2/Rchrg:25
Target foe is struck for 20...90 damage and if that foe or any adjacent foe is under the effects of a stance, that stance ends. (Only one foe will lose a stance.)

Nefarious Ether: Elite Hex Spell En:5/Cst:2/Rchrg:20
For 8...17 seconds, the next time target foe or any nearby foes' health drops below 50%, that foe takes 3...15 damage for each skill they have that is recharging.

Where and against whom were you planning on using these skills against? PvP or PvE? Every skill has its time and place to maximize its effectiveness.

make nerfarious ether a recharge of 5, and scale the damage to like 3...15 and it would bea really good skill for both PvE and PvP.

headache would be overpowered simply because I don't believe in stance removal.

Guilty Conciense would be nerfed instantly to have the solid '6' second duration that the other passive spells have (shame, guilt, mistrust).

I really like hte ability to remove weapon spells, wootness... and it would be something unique to mesmers.

I don't know about envy though... imagine for a second the effect of Empathy + Spiteful Spirit + Envy. at 16 Dom, we're at I think 46 from empathy + around 31 from envy, and then 12 curses gets us a +27 i believe from SS.... add that up and it comes out to roughly 100 damage per hit. People will cry nerf on that one too

Envy is pretty pointless, same cost as Empathy, same cast time, longer recharge, less and conditional damage.

if people are taking 100 damage a swing from 3 hexes including an elite they should stop shouting "nerf" and start shouting "help im blind but keep managing to find 'C' <space> on my keyboard!"
